At UpAiry, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your UpAiry account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
